What is your return policy for fan gear?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship PWHL merchandise internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our jerseys follow a standard athletic fit; we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear layers or hockey equipment underneath.
Are the jerseys the same as what the players wear on the ice?
We offer both 'Authentic' jerseys, which mirror the on-ice specifications, and 'Replica' jerseys, which are designed for fan comfort and everyday wear.
Can I customize a jersey with my own name?
Customization options are available for select jersey styles. You can choose your favorite player's name and number or enter a custom name and number during the add-to-cart process.
